PALMIRA
A NAME THAT ENDURES
Before becoming a liqueur, Palmira was a name that echoed in the home.
A name shared by strong, discreet, and essential women.
Women who did not seek the spotlight, yet sustained life in the countryside with steady hands and endless patience.
Great-aunt Palmira and mother Palmira Two different stories with the same spirit: that of those who keep the land alive without expecting recognition.
ROOTS
AND CRAFT
In our family, the land and traditional trades have always set the rhythm of daily life: agricultural tasks, harvests, and days without a clock. Amid that constant work, a grandfather distiller traveled from village to village, transforming grape pomace into aguardiente. That ancient ritual—shaped by shared knowledge, community, and tradition—remained etched in memory like a seed. A seed that never stopped growing.
From memory
to product
Over time, training and research in the agri-food field allowed us to understand that this seed could take on a form of its own. After trials, tastings, and learning, Palmira was born: an artisanal coffee liqueur crafted with respect for its roots and the value of rural life. Each bottle is a way of remembering who we were and celebrating who we still are.
MADE WITH TIME
AND WITH TRUTH
Palmira is crafted in the heart of Ribeiro. The process is patient and carefully crafted: traditional distillation of the aguardiente in a copper still, manual roasting of the coffee—just before maceration—and a six-month resting period that allows each aroma to find its place.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. It is time that completes the work.
LIMITED
EDITIONS
Production is carried out in small batches to ensure full control at every stage. The use of recycled glass, natural corks with activated carbon, and a sober, elegant presentation reflects the character of the project: respect for the product, the land, and the craft.
The small natural variations of the artisanal process make each batch a unique edition.
