This website is dedicated to the online sale of the artisanal product Palmira Coffee Liqueur, produced in its own micro-distillery in Ribeiro.
2. Conditions of Access and Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
In accordance with Law 11/2010, of December 17, on the prevention of alcohol consumption by minors, as well as the applicable national and regional regulations, please be informed that:
Access to the online store and the purchase of alcoholic products is strictly limited to persons over 18 years of age.
The sale, supply, and delivery of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
By making a purchase, the user declares, under their sole responsibility, that they are of legal age.
Palmira may request, at any time, an age verification by means of a valid identification document if there are indications that the buyer may be under 18 years of age.
Delivery may be refused by the carrier if the person receiving the order cannot prove that they are of legal age.
Any falsification, manipulation, or submission of incorrect data relating to the buyer’s age shall result in the impossibility of completing the purchase and may give rise to any legal actions deemed appropriate.
The customer declares that they are aware of and accept these conditions when placing an order.
3. Purchase Conditions in the Online Store
The online store operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Only new products are sold, free from defects and in perfect condition.
Prices include taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise (such as shipping costs).
Stock is updated frequently, although occasional errors may occur.
By placing an order, the user accepts these purchase conditions.
4. Prices, Promotions and Orders
All prices in the store include the corresponding VAT.
All prices are expressed in euros (€).
Promotions and discounts shall remain valid until stock runs out or until the date indicated.
A confirmed order will retain its price, even if it is subsequently modified on the website.

Delivery Times
The standard delivery time is 24 business hours (XS24H).
Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
The carrier will deliver the order before 10:00 p.m. on the business day following collection.
The customer will receive an email with a tracking link when the order leaves the premises.
6. PTE Policy – Broken Package or Shipping Incident
If the carrier classifies a shipment as PTE (Package Processed as an Exception) due to breakage, damage, or incident:
The package will not be delivered to the recipient.
The agency retains or internally returns the package in accordance with its protocol.
Palmira does not automatically resend the order.
No photos or proof are requested from the customer.
There is no right to a refund or replacement, as this is an incident beyond the sender’s control and attributable to the transport process.
Customers are advised to visually check the condition of the package upon receipt.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Order Cancellation
An order may only be cancelled before it is collected by the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal (14 calendar days)
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase.
Conditions for Accepting a Return
The product must be returned unopened, sealed, and with the original packaging in perfect condition.
Returns of opened, handled, or damaged bottles will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for ensuring secure packaging to avoid breakage during transport.
The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to:
Opened or handled products.
Personalized products.
Products that may deteriorate once opened.
