Each bottle of Palmira is carefully crafted with three essential ingredients that capture the essence of Galicia: high-quality coffee, slowly infused to extract its distinctive aroma and body; naturally sourced aguardiente, which provides the perfect balance; and sugar in just the right proportion to create a harmonious and authentic blend.

At Palmira, we care not only about what’s inside, but also about the impact we have on the world. That’s why every bottle and its stopper are made from recycled materials. The small imperfections in the packaging are not flaws, but a testament to our commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment.

Palmira is presented in this bottle made entirely from post-consumer recycled glass that has lived many lives. Each bottle is crafted from glass that once formed part of other bottles, windows, or everyday glass objects, returning to the furnace to begin a new life. No additional colorants are used, ensuring a natural and authentic appearance.

This bottle embraces imperfections as a mark of authenticity. These natural flaws are the result of its production process and make each bottle unique, reducing waste by eliminating the need for perfect molds. Every bottle tells its own story, creating a truly one-of-a-kind product.

That’s why we use a stopper made from a combination of cork and activated carbon, which reduces industrial processes and carbon footprint, while also improving organoleptic performance.

In terms of sustainability, it reduces waste and raw material residues without sacrificing quality, as the industrial processes for washing cork are minimized and no chemical bleaches are used. As a result, its carbon footprint is lower.
